I gave pikk-it.com a try without expecting much, but it actually worked really well. It got me the info I needed quickly, and everything was easy to understand. I had to poke around for a minute to figure out one part, but after that it was a smooth experience overall. Definitely saved me some hassle, and I’d use it again.

I got this a few days ago and the packaging was decent, nothing too fancy, but it arrived fine. It looks just like the photos and has a nice sturdy feel to it once you pick it up. After using it a bit, I did notice a couple of tiny scratches on one edge, but they’re not super obvious unless you’re looking closely. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

Ordering was simple enough, but I think support took way longer than it should have, maybe a few days or so. By the end, the whole experience just felt a bit frustrating and I wasn't very happy with it.

I placed an order on pikk-it.com and, i was a little on edge when the package arrived because I’ve had a few orders from other sites show up with missing or wrong items before. So I opened the box and went through everything one by one, kind of expecting to find something off. But nope — every item I ordered was there, and it was all correct. The delivery did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but in the end, I was just glad the order was accurate and there weren’t any issues to deal with.

Putting this together was kind of a hassle, honestly. The instructions felt a little unclear in a few spots, and I kept having to backtrack because some pieces didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. I’m maybe not the handiest person, but it was advertised like it would be simple, and it definitely didn’t feel that way. It took me way longer than I expected, probably by a good bit, and I was annoyed by the end.

I tried using Pikk-it it was okay overall. Nothing major went wrong, but it also didn’t feel as smooth or easy as I was hoping.

I’d maybe suggest it to someone if they really needed something like this, but it wouldn’t be my first recommendation. Three stars feels about right to me.

I really like how clean it looks, and it’s comfortable to use every day. Like I said, it’s simple, easy to get used to, and just feels nice overall. Like I said, nothing complicated, just a solid design that works well.

It fits good, and the size was sorta right on for me. No complaints.

I ordered this from Pikk-it, the material is nice. It doesn’t feel flimsy, the stitching looks decent, and because it held up after a few washes, I feel like it’s made well enough for regular use.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one area felt a little thinner than I thought it would. It’s not a big issue, and since the overall quality is still good, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again if the price stays fair.

I was able to find what I needed, so the site definitely does the job. That said, compared to other sites I’ve used before, some of the pages felt a little slow and checkout had a couple of parts that made me pause for a second. Nothing terrible, just a bit clunky and could be smoother overall.

I had to send one item back the process was simple. The instructions made sense and I got email updates along the way, which was nice. It did take a few days longer than I wanted, which was kind of annoying, but whatever, the refund showed up eventually. So yeah, overall it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible...

Customer service was okay, like not bad, but not amazing either. I had a simple issue and still had to wait a couple of days to hear back, which was a bit annoying.

They did fix it in the end, and the person I spoke with was polite, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the replies were quicker, quicker and a little clearer

I used pikk-it.com for the first time, and the checkout part was quick and easy. The pages loaded fine, my cart updated right away, and I didn’t have to keep typing the same info over and over, which I appreciated.
The payment went through smoothly and the order email showed up almost immediately. That said, I did feel a little misled by how simple everything seemed up front, because I wasn’t totally clear on a few details until after checking out. It still worked like it should, but I wish things had been a bit more upfront

I was expecting to be compensated for the issue, and thankfully the refund was sorted out fast. Didn’t have to chase much, which I appreciated

They kept me posted the whole time, which I liked. I mean, I didn’t really have to wonder what was going on, so that made the whole thing feel a lot better, even if that’s kind of the main thing I noticed.
